For help with your account, billing, privacy, or a saved report, email balerionmgmt@gmail.com. You do not need a ClipRater account to contact us.

Help us find the issue

Include the email you use for ClipRater, a short description of the problem, and the approximate time it happened. For a report issue, include its clip name. Do not send your video unless we ask for it.

Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, API keys, or full card details. We do not promise a response time during the private beta.

Billing and cancellation

Use Manage billing in your account to cancel a subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the subscription period. For help accessing billing or requesting a refund, email us. Emailing support does not automatically cancel a subscription.
